Bien que la politique du Golfe ait r\u00e9ussi, dans une certaine mesure, \u00e0 lancer quelques projets d\u2019investissement dans les pays de la Corne de l\u2019Afrique, contribuant partiellement \u00e0 la relance \u00e9conomique de ces pays, les \u00c9tats du Conseil de Coop\u00e9ration du Golfe (CCG) n\u2019ont pas su tirer parti de ces investissements pour servir leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats politiques, sauf lorsqu\u2019ils se sont retrouv\u00e9s en confrontation militaire directe avec T\u00e9h\u00e9ran dans le sud de la p\u00e9ninsule arabique.<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 les divergences de visions politiques entre les pays du CCG, l\u2019op\u00e9ration \u201cTemp\u00eate D\u00e9cisive\u201d les a contraints \u00e0 agir et \u00e0 se coordonner comme une seule entit\u00e9 pour prot\u00e9ger leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale d\u00e9sormais en p\u00e9ril. La question demeure : les pays du Golfe continueront-ils \u00e0 \u0153uvrer en tant qu\u2019unit\u00e9 dans la Corne de l\u2019Afrique ? Cela est d\u2019autant plus pertinent que certains pays arabes comptent sur le r\u00f4le du Golfe dans cette r\u00e9gion pour soutenir leurs propres dossiers s\u00e9curitaires (comme le Maroc avec la question du Sahara occidental), tandis que d\u2019autres, comme l\u2019\u00c9gypte, observent avec inqui\u00e9tude cette pr\u00e9sence du Golfe dans la Corne de
