As part of my participation in a scientific conference in one of the East African countries, I was struck by the fact that the field of strategic studies and scientific research in Africa is inexhaustible and constantly renewed through forward-looking studies on the continent’s future. What is even more remarkable is that all researchers and supervisors of these studies are themselves Africans, which — according to various evaluation bodies — has given these studies significant scientific momentum.
